Sales are shit. So shit that no one at Younique is getting the annual employee bonus. The company not giving out an employee bonus is a really bad sign. It means they didn't meet the sales quotas set out for them by Coty.

One thing I'd also like to mention is that, when the Coty takeover happened, the company had to attend a presentation with the Coty board. It was all guys. These men told Younique what beauty was and why they were invested in it.

Let me repeat that: we were told by men what beauty is. Coty had just gotten their first female board member, but she wasn't present (of course not). I'm constantly stunned at how men are really pivotal for the products brought to market.
