RFC-159

by Darius Kazemi, June 8 2019

In 2019 I'm reading one RFC a day in chronological order starting from the very first one. More on this project here. There is a table of contents for all my RFC posts.

No RFC

There is no RFC-159.

Analysis

RFC-159 is mentioned in RFC-158! It's promised as a discussion of Telnet issues. This was, as far as I can tell, never written. I believe the NIC decided to not issue RFC-159 on purpose due to that promise of a future RFC number that was never fulfilled.
