Another Block Post
These connected text blocks could act as footnotes or references in other posts. But they can just as well be another paragraph in a post — this recycling of past writing into other posts excites me. It is thinking not only in the realm of chaining posts together (blogchains) but in chaining paragraphs together, adding wiki-like qualities to publishing on your blog. This creates more opportunities self-reference within your blog. Posts feel more porous. It isn't only that they can be consistently added to. A block belonging to multiple channels means that posts can talk to each other, add to each other, & question one another. This referencing can extend to text blocks other than your own. If someone else is using this system, we could create posts collaboratively, the reader having a sense where each section came from and its relation to other posts (channels).
