Our Course Sequences
At this time, the ABA Online program offers two course sequences, one for those seeking certification at the bachelor’s level (courses BEHP5011 through BEHP5015) and a second for those seeking certification at the master’s level (courses BEHP5011 through BEHP5018). Both course sequences are verified by the BACB ® as meeting coursework eligibility requirements for certification under the BACB’s Fourth Edition Task List core curriculum standards.
Seeking certification as a board certified assistant behavior analyst ® (BCaBA ® )?
Our four-term, verified course sequence meets the instructional requirements set by the BACB. Taking 3 credits per term, this sequence takes approximately 12 months to complete.
- BEHP5011: Foundations, Concepts and Principles of Behavior Analysis (3 credits)
- BEHP5012: Basic Elements of Applied Behavior Analysis (3 credits)
- BEHP5013: Developing, Strengthening and Maintaining Behavior (3 credits)
- BEHP5014B: Introduction to Ethical and Professional Conduct of Behavior Analysts (1 credit)
- BEHP5015: Decreasing, Eliminating and Replacing Problem Behavior (2 credits)
Note: BEHP5014 and BEHP5015 are taken sequentially in a single term for a total of 3 credits within that term.

Our six-term, verified course sequence meets the instructional requirements set by the BACB. Taking 3 credits per term, this sequence takes approximately 18 months to complete.

Note: BEHP5014B and BEHP5015 are taken sequentially in a single term for a total of 3 credits within that term. The same is true for BEHP5016B and BEHP5017A.
