Ghana Airways Limited is Ghana’s national airline. The main hub for the airline is located at Accra International Airport. Ghana Airways was the name for the airline, which was founded by the Ghanaian government in 1958. The airline was closed down in 2004.

Ghana Airways announced that it would be restarted in 2020. It was closed down in 2004 but is currently being revived. The Government of Ghana announced in an agreement that it would revive the airline. EgyptAir will provide technical as well as operational support.

4. Air Ghana Popular Destinations and Hubs

Ghana Airways, the nation's national carrier will start operating an international network. Ghana Airways said that three Dreamliner Dreamliner 787 Dreamliners from Ghana were purchased to offer the best reliable and flexible regional service.

There's a possibility that the airline might offer international flights.

Kotoka International Airport

Kotoka International Airport serves Accra (Ghana's capital). Terminal 2 serves domestic flights. Terminal 3 is used to serve both domestic and international long-haul flights.

Africa World Airlines' hub at Kotoka International Airport is located. From the airport, there are both international and domestic flights to Ghana. Arik Air and Dana Air fly from ACC to Delta Air Lines and Ethiopian Airlines KLM. Goldstar Airlines, Kenya Airways and Kenya Airways also use the airport.
