In 2016, I decided to pursue a personal study of ancient Near East religions. Afterwards, people started approaching me with questions about this topic—with an emphasis on Christianity. These questions have persisted into the present timeframe, which is why I’ve decided to assemble a written summary of my findings for anyone interested.
