Hey Apple, How Does This Happen?
A couple of days ago I unlocked my iPad (using touchID), pressed the home button and swiped down on the screen using two fingers (why two?), and my screen looked a little strange.
Yep, that's the keyboard coming from the top of the screen (you can see the network and battery information there). I was able to repeat this a few times (just had to make sure it wasn't a one-off thing), but the keyboard soon found the appropriate position at the bottom of the screen again.
The iPad was lying flat, and I had possible been using it rotated 180 degrees before I put it down. The home screen was the correct orientation though, as was the notification center. Only the keyboard bucked the trend.
