Take care of your body. Eat healthy but as little as possible as fasting is a wonderful thing. If you can surpass 36 hours you will find that you will likely sweat a lot and have odd smells. This is a good thing, as it means your body is kicking out toxins.

Filter your water to remove things like fluoride if you can afford a filter. Also, use fluoride-free toothpaste. Removing fluoride from your baths and showers is a huge plus; however, I'm not there yet.

Take lots of vitamins and supplements, especially if you are feeling unwell. It can take many months to replenish low vitamins and minerals in your body. Many vitamins and supplements contain very small amounts of certain things such as Potassium which typically has only 2% of what your body needs per day. Many people are also low on Vitamin D, Magnesium, and B vitamins. Omega oils and mushrooms are helpful as well as onions, garlic, and avocados. Also, buying Tonic water with Quinine can really help with sicknesses. Just try to get it without High-Fructose Corn Syrup. Also, do not drink more than 4 ounces per 4 hours.

My preferred Tonic water is Q Spectacular. It may or may not be available in your area.

If you tend to have stomach issues, try to remove gluten from your diet. After fasting when I eat, I eat small amounts of food and wait for hours before eating again to track my symptom based on what food I've eaten.

If you get things like headaches or migraines, make sure that you are not eating foods with MSG (Monosodium glutamate). This is in many foods under many different labels.

I have found that things like Horbaach Multi Collagen Protein Type I, II, III, V, and X and also, Country Farms Super Reds and Super Greens make me feel wonderful.

Over the last six months based on changing my eating habits, almost all of my Fibromyalgia symptoms are gone as well as Panic Attacks and General Anxiety Disorder. These symptoms really started escalating around 2006. Not just my Fibro symptoms, but also my digestion, and mental issues. While I still sleep a lot, I believe this is part of finishing up my healing process and recharging myself. Plus, when I sleep I tend to get information through reoccurring colored dreams.

I also put genuine stones and crystals all over all wireless devices to help protect myself from EMF as it was when WiFi was introduced and came into my workplace that I became ill over time and my symptoms escalated and worsened to a great degree. I plan to buy some of the EMF Harmonizer stickers soon. I think sometime in January at the latest.

When I left that job after almost 15 years and went to work at a location that didn't have WiFi, I became much better than I was previously. The odd thing was that I had even been in a pretty bad car accident, but my healing was far better and faster than what would have happened to me if I had still been at my old job. Please understand that stress also causes the release of cortisol. Cortisol is not good when it overwhelms your body daily for hours on end. This also causes massive weight gain over time.

I also have studied Sidereal time. We were put on a different time frame because they don't want us to be awakened or enlightened. From slightly before 1330 Sidereal Time up to just after 1400 Sidereal Time is the time frame you are most easily connected to what I consider 5D. This 30 minute time frame that moves back a little over 6 minutes daily, is the time that makes us most easily enlightened. It is the best time to meditate and come to harmony and raise your vibration.

Another important thing to look into during this Plandemic is your past. If you are in a higher consciousness already, you probably don't need any of this information. However, if we were all to take a moment and review our childhood, we will find the things we were called to do from birth. We will realize how important the things we were interested in from birth until at least seven years of age (maybe even eleven or twelve) were. Most of the interests you had as a child were there for guidance in life until you were put in a box to make things look a different way. They want you to look in a different area because .01% of the elites always wanted control. Their time is on its way out. Don't be mad or fearful, just face issues, release them, and raise your frequency as much as possible.

It's important to follow your intuition, dreams, and take part in your calling. Don't just be submissive. I understand things need to be done sometimes that are not enjoyable to get from A to B, like holding a shitty job for two years while you invest in yourself and your future at the same time. Many people will not invest in things they find unlikeable or unworthy. For years I would look into investing in certain stocks like Apple in 1998, Sirius, Lucent (bought by Qualcomm), Google, Netflix, And Amazon. My problem was that I didn't like most of these companies and didn't want to back them. I liked Amazon early on when they were just books, but as they started morphing into Megalomaniacs I was just not about it. Back in those days, the only two I invested in were UTRM (a hippy toothbrush stock) and Sirius Satellite radio. I liked both of these products. I got one right. If I had removed my bias I would have had been 80% right. UTRM I just got because I thought the hippy product was cool. If I had been where I am today, I would not have invested due to the two people behind the product. I just never researched before buying and holding. I got Sirius right and was able to buy a used car.

At 50, during the start of the Plandemic, I took a while to look back over the last two times the market crashed in epic ways. I looked at all the stock I wanted but then declined due to not liking the end game for the particular company and product. Meaning I don't like a lot of these Megalomaniacs. As I looked at all these past stocks I was originally interested in but then declined and never invested because of the people behind them, I was dumbfounded.

This is when it hit me like a brick. As a young girl (around eleven), I read a lot. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad. I remember Dan Peña. I was obsessed with Warren Buffett. As a child, I always envisioned that I would be mega-rich after 50 years of age. I was also obsessed with Astrology, Tarot, past lives, and akashic records. I could hardly read or write in fourth grade. I was taught how to repeat writing a word ten times to remember the correct spelling. I went from almost flunking to taking off to the moon. When I entered Junior High and took the test, I scored college-level reading and writing and was allowed AP (Advanced Placement) English and History classes upon entering high school, as AP wasn't available in Junior High.

I can step back, take a breath, invest regardless of owners or Megaomaniacs; as this gives freedom to the good hats.

Just a throwback. Years ago I was very pro-environment protection. I was living in the Appalachian region at the time. I was very anti-coal due to all the mountains being torn down and the toxicity all around us, even near schools. I thought the Sierra Club was good but as I looked into it I realized the Koch Brothers invest a lot into them. It was at this time that I realized the control they had. They make things look one way when they are not at all. Just as in the early 2000's the new Tea Party started out good hats but then Soros infiltrated it by paying people to take it over and change the original direction.

It was around 2010 that I designed a bumper sticker that said

Save a coal miner

Shot a tree hugger

*With a bullet on the sticker

I sold this sticker with the intent to donate the money to the true tree huggers as I made this “now old” website to which I no longer have access. It's a very long story.

Anyway, I was riding around town with a friend who saw the sticker on the back of a vehicle. He flipped out. I told him that it was my sticker and I told him why I made it, and it was just horrible. He was very upset. I removed the sticker from online and my website later that evening. I couldn't understand why he didn't understand. I was just trying to outwit as all the others do, but for the good of humanity.

Please note:

I say good hats, not white hats because I believe color is simply a way to divide and conquer humanity. The more they are able to divide us the less woke we all are.

I truly believe the good hats are winning at this exact time. Things have and will continue to happen that most don't know about because we “as a society” have been brainwashed/programmed a lot. We have been controlled by what we have been taught, what we see on tv, the internet, technology, even music.

What information is actually allowed to us?

Get healthy

Spread love not fear

Step back and learn not to judge

Follow your passions and dreams

Do your best to only give energy out that is positive

Do not partake in negative energy

It's Perfectly Okay if you're not Quite Right...

There are so many people that are walking around at this very moment in a state of panic, depression, or obsession. Yet, they have no idea that what they are feeling is not normal.

For example, being diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder (G.A.D.) is no different than being diagnosed with any other illness. Just like any other illness, mental illness needs to be treated. When treated correctly and in a timely manner, the chances are very good that you will become better within a couple of weeks. Just like any other illness, if it is not treated it will manifest itself.

It doesn't make you crazy. I get so sick of hearing that word in relation to mental illness. Just like the old term “insane asylum”. It is a medical condition. If you are feeling depression, anxiety, or not right then get some help. There is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about.

The few people that have unkind or hurtful things to say about it are just ignorant, and I use that word with its true definition.

It doesn't make them bad people; they just don’t understand it. It really sucks. I know. The misconceptions about mental illness are directly related to people’s ignorance. I believe that is why it is so taboo.

The important thing to consider is that if you have a hard time getting through everyday life and something traumatic happens, what then?

If you already feel so horrible that you cry over stuff that shouldn't bother you, obsess over things that really have no importance, or you panic over small things. What happens when you -for example- lose a loved one? That is unbearable to deal with even when your brain is in balance. If your brain isn't in balance and something horrible happens that is when it can easily get so bad that you might not be able to recover properly.

Although there are still far too many stigmas about mental illness, we have come a long way since the days of doctors traveling from “asylum” to “asylum” to perform lobotomies with flippin’ ice picks (no joke).

Having suffered from G.A.D. and depression, as well as other family members, I have found a deep interest in it over the years. I guess you could consider it a calling to learn more about it. I guess it's easier not to fear something if it's not so unknown anymore.

This was a journey that lasted a couple of years. Information on mental illness was gathered throughout this span of time. I have included a number of links to separate pages for more information, but it is all information that I have personally gathered over time.

If you take anything away from this, I hope that you take away the fact that mental illness is no different than any other illness. It doesn't make you a bad person. It doesn't make you weak. It doesn't make you any less of a person.

My Family and Loved Ones

Looking back at my family – mother, older sister, younger sister, myself – I would swear that mental illness is hereditary.

I am not a doctor. These things I have stated are my opinions. I am not trying to diagnose anyone. I’m just hoping that people will take what I have been through, pull some courage from it, and get the help they need when they need it.

If you are worried about confidentiality, most family doctors are very capable of diagnosing and treating many mental illnesses. It’s not something you have to tell anyone and it doesn't always require a specialist.

Another thing. If you have waited longer than you should to get treatment and you are feeling so bad that you aren’t sure you can make it through a day, take the time to pick up the phone and ask family and friends for help. Even if you haven’t talked to them in a year there is always someone you can count on.

Having a strong support system helps you stay well when you are well, helps you get better when you aren't well, and helps you stay well once you become well. A support system full of loving individuals is priceless at all times in your life, and it is essential when you are feeling your worst.

The good news is that once you are well, you may not need to take medication all your life. It varies from person to person.

Once you have been diagnosed with a mental illness and you feel better again, it is much easier to see the signs in advance. It’s hard to see the signs when you don’t know what real living is like anymore. When you have been in a certain mental state for years, it seems like the norm. Once you see that light, feel those bricks lift from your shoulders, and there is color in the world again, it is pretty easy to tell when those bad symptoms start creeping back. It is much easier to manage once you are aware of exactly what’s wrong.

All of you that are still in a state of denial -such as I was- at least do it for those around you that care for you. It doesn't hurt to make an appointment and go see a doctor.

Your Brain and DepressionWhy YOU Should Seek Treatment

Recent research shows that the hippocampus in the brain of people that suffer from depression shrinks. It literally gets smaller. With proper treatment, it stops the volume loss in the hippocampus. Now they believe that the correct antidepressants can actually cause the brain to grow new cells in the hippocampus. It is pertinent to seek treatment.

Symptom Tracking Both Physical and Mental
I do this by writing in notebooks and journals. I am not implying that you should use a Symptom Tracking app, nor am I implying or supplying any information regarding any viruses, illnesses, or sickness. I am just expressing to you how Symptom Tracking has allowed me to slowly repair and fix issues in my life and in my body.

What is Symptom Tracking?
It is all about tracking your moods and physical aliments throughout the day. As you do this you come up with different options to help ease that bad mood or physical pain in your body. This requires you to pay attention by being in the moment.

Example One:
My anxiety is extremely high. The news appearing in the media is causing me much anxiety because of stressful programming. Rather than remaining in said anxiety, I remove myself from that situation by retreating to a different room, putting on positive stimulation like a meditation affirmation video while doing something creative so that I’m no longer allowing myself to be drained by fear. Then I will write in my journal how I felt before and after my anxiety spike.

Example Two:

I’m having stabbing pains in my body. It literally feels like I’m being stabbed with a knife. I research these different types of pains on the internet. I find out that many people with bad muscle problems are low in Magnesium. I started taking Magnesium and it has helped me, a lot. It is not the only thing I have used as a tool to improve my health.

What Foods Do I Eat Based On My Blood Type?

I have found that in researching my blood type I was able to focus on different food types and which of those foods tend to make me feel better. I don’t agree with all the food lists based on blood type; however, in researching blood types and different foods while using symptom tracking, I adapted over time and gradually started feeling better. I may eat a certain type of food for three days and have issues. I have found that dairy bothers me a lot. I have also found that if I eat too much protein at once my perspiration has a smell of aluminum. I have also realized that onions are great to help bring down sugar levels. Carbohydrates/Sugars in things like potatoes are slower to burn whereas a candy bar will zap you really fast like a lightning bolt. A young girl I knew was having sugar problems a lot. She was about eight years old when she started eating raw onions like an apple. Yes. Literally. Her “diabetes” vanished. She had no more sugar problems again.

*Worry – Worry – Worry*

I am in the shower, standing there, water beating down on me, and I have no feeling. I don’t even feel the water. See, my mind is filled with worry about what might possibly happen at work this evening. I am worried about how I am going to work all the extra hours and still remain sane. I am worried about it being crazy busy. I’m worried about our staffing. I’m standing there worrying myself sick.

I realize that every time I worry about what will be or what has been I’m giving those things more power than I should. I’m taking a ten-hour workday and turning into an eleven or even twelve hour day because in my mind I’m already dealing with it even if I’m not there yet.
