Always Be Humble

In today’s fast-paced world, almost everyone is competing to show how better they are from others. Self-image obsession and inflated ego has made them self-centered. But this is not something we can live with all our life. Confidence is certainly a key to living a good life, but overconfidence can make you seem like a jerk.

Okay, let’s make it clear with a question. We all know at least a person who thinks he/she is smartest, strongest, and all-rounder. But honestly, do you like them? Probably the answer must be ‘No.’ This is because no one likes overconfident and self-centered people. However, you may have a few humble friends too whom you like to talk and meet. This clearly shows that we want humble people to be a part of our lives.

Humility is something everyone should have. However, there is a fine line between humility and low-self esteem. For instance, the one who has low self-esteem thinks that everyone is better than them. On the other hand, someone who is humble feels that they are neither best nor worst. Humble people do not boast their abilities or accomplishments to others but show them with their actions. For them, actions speak louder than words.

So, what are the reasons to be a humble human being? Let’s have a look at those reasons.

For Building Better Relationships

Let’s start this point with a couple of questions. How many of your friends brag about their achievements, money, or possessions? Or how many are self-centered? Maybe one two or no one? The truth is many people don’t want to be friends with self-centered and arrogant people because they are egoist and full of negativity.

On the other hand, humble people have better relationship outcomes. People tend to build healthier and better relationships with humble people than arrogant people.

Helping Others in Need

Helping others without any selfish motive is one of the major traits of a humble person. Humility and prosocial qualities in a person are more likely to help others than those who are not humble.

When you have a down-to-earth view of yourself, you will be able to relate yourself to others. But an arrogant, self-centered person can see everyone beneath them or not worth the effort or time. A humble person can never see people beneath them but is always ready to help those in need.

Help you in Your Career

Seriously, it does! Many graduate programs and employers are constantly looking for hard-working, humble applicants. For them, any applicant bragging and thinking they are the best are difficult to work with. They have a lack of humility and are not interested in taking feedback. But humble employees not only take feedback positively, but they are also best to work with.

Even if they are the best in their field, they never flaunt it and are always eager to learn new things that help them grow in their career. They always put great emphasis on customer’s or client’s needs. If an applicant acts arrogant in interviews and tries to sell himself short, he/she will never be selected. So, make sure to be humble always.

How to be Humble?

Many people can’t accept failure as their self-esteem gets hurt. All of a sudden, they become unworthy and bad people. But that doesn’t mean they can’t be humble. You just have to follow a few aspects to embrace humility.

Practice Self-compassion and mindfulness

Mindfulness and compassion have been associated with emotional well-being and psychological resilience. You can’t develop humility without them.

Mindfulness increases our self-awareness and permits us to notice our emotions and thoughts without judgment. The more we become aware of what lies within us, the easier it is to see unhealthy actions limiting us. Once we accept what should be changed in us, we can start the process of transformation. Just patiently and gently replace a negative action or thought with a positive one and see how our life changes for good.

Express Gratitude

‘Thank you’ shows acknowledgement of gifts that come into our lives. Gratitude makes us more focused on our surroundings and also a hallmark of humble people. Expressing gratitude can induce humility in us, and if you are humble, you have a greater capacity for conveying gratitude. Humble people always bring out the best in others and themselves to make the world a better place. Even

Don't Let Money Go to Your Head

Money, Money, and Money! Ask anyone what he/she wants in their life; money is always on their priority list. However, it is not wrong, after all money is a need, not everything. It can help you buy luxuries but doesn’t make you a better person or guarantee a good reputation. Many people have ruined their lives by letting money go to their heads. After all, excess of everything is bad, even if it is too much money or confidence.

Most of the wealthy people have an attitude problem and overconfidence. They think if they have money, they have everything. This attitude makes them poor in every sense. Poor mindset, poor outlook and poor behavior. This shows money has completely gone to their head.

When money goes to the head, the sense of thinking about others will also be lost somewhere. Undoubtedly, being rich can be a boon and curse to many. It depends how you take it and make the best of it.

One thing that has been analyzed so far is people with real wealth know that they do not have to show off. The moment someone starts flaunting their wealth, it means either they don’t have it or they just got it. They are basically 6-figure millionaires that means they just create illusions of wealth.

So, what happened to those who let money go to their head? Let’s dive into the post to read about it.

What Happens when you Let Money Go to Your Head?

Many people are in the habit of flaunting what they have. Be it luxury cars, homes, any gadget, or so! Undoubtedly, flaunting your wealth is perfectly acceptable. If people have status and wealth, it's okay to display and celebrate them. But what if they let those luxuries get into their head? Definitely, they lose their mind and think that they are God!

That’s where the problem steps in. Flaunting wealth is okay, but why for no reasons? Why not living a life with simplicity and being humble? Of course, there are rich people who live a down to earth life, far from flashy life.

The perfect example here is Bill Gates. Despite being a billionaire, Bill Gates lives an understated life which makes him a better human. Another example is Harry Potter writer J K Rowling who lost her billionaire title in 2012 for helping large slums and more.

One should remember that money, happiness, and success all are different from each other. If someone thinks that they are successful and rich and can ignore or ill-treat anyone, they will soon lose their roots and become lonely.

Certainly, overconfidence can make a person blind to see the realities of life. Even many rich people forget that success and money are two different sides of a coin. Despite being rich, they have a poor mindset, outlook, and behavior.

The major problem arises when some people are not able to appreciate what they have, and a few extra dollars make them arrogant, overconfident, and insensitive to others. Such people cannot keep themselves down to earth, and sometimes, it results in their downfall.

Just Be Humble

Although not all wealthy people are arrogant and selfish, some ensure to give some part of their earnings in charities or helping the poor. Creating a wealthy empire needs hard work, dedication, and patience. It is not only about having triple digits in your bank account but having a mindset to be humble to others, making themselves richer at heart.

Some rich people are successful and are down to earn. They still treat people with respect and care. Such people can sustain their position in their lives as they do not allow money and success to go to their heads. They accept that money and success are temporary things in life. At one moment, you will be flying high, and the next moment you will be nowhere.

Remaining unchanged after becoming successful and wealthy is very important for any person. Those born with a silver spoon in their mouths may or may not understand the value of money. But some people who are not born rich work hard and get wealth and success. A portion of such people will make everyone proud. Remember, failure or success is temporary. The money you have now has no guarantee to be with you tomorrow.

Celebrate your Differences

Since childhood, we have been exposed to different experiences, cultures, education, skin colors, and sexual orientations. It makes us understand somehow how different we are from others in terms of desires, individual choices, conscience, and tastes.

Undoubtedly, differences are beautiful in their own ways.

The best examples are the Chinese principles of Yin and Yang that represent the coexistence of differences. In fact, the popular black and white symbol unites two opposite colors into a harmonic whole.

So, no matter if it is a couple, children, and people with different sexual orientations, everyone is unique, and we should always celebrate the differences.

If you want your kids to acknowledge the differences, they will become our legacy for the future.

Ways to Celebrate your Differences

Noticing differences in others is pretty much fine. However, many of us were taught that noticing differences was rude or even racist. Or we often tell our kids “not to stare” if we pass any person with a disability. But to be honest, it's fine to see disabilities and notice that our body looks and works differently from some people. When we talk and value differences with our new generation, we are actually taking the first step to celebrate the differences.

Be open to talking about Culture and Race

Let’s face it, today, television, social media, news, and other sources feed children’s minds with negative ideas. Parents often feel helpless when they see their children’s views about cultural differences. So, before things become worse, it is wise to talk with your children openly about culture and race. According to the American Pediatrics Associations, parents should take their children to museums, check cultural library books or even cook various cultural meals to enjoy and celebrate the differences.

Share your own experience.

At some point in life, many parents also witness conflict among various backgrounds due to a lack of empathy or understanding. So, as a parent, you should encourage your child by sharing your own experience about cultural diversity and what they might have learned through their experience.

When you lead children by example and show them how to appreciate different people, you are making a big contribution to make them better humans.

Encourage your kids to ask a question for any difference you notice

In our childhood, we were often shushed when we ask questions or point out someone's differences. But as kids are curious creatures, the questions are their way to gain more information about the differences they noticed. Why am I thin, and she is fat? Why is she not walking and sitting in the wheelchair? Why is my skin dark and she is white?

If we answer these questions with shame, kids will feel shame about the differences all their lives. But if we answer them appropriately without any shame and tell them it's okay to be like this, kids will learn and acknowledge it.

Celebrating Festivals of different Heritages

The values and beliefs of different cultures and religions are expressed in several ways, including celebrations and festivals. When you teach your child about cultural diversities, you are nurturing their sense of beliefs, values, and identity. Moreover, it helps children experience celebrations and festivals to support their learning in diverse areas.

When you explain to them how to participate in a celebration or celebrate a festival, their self-esteem and self-confidence will develop. Also, they become more aware and will nurture respect for other cultures and religions.

Cultivate Community and Empathy

Honestly, it can be difficult for kids to see themselves as a part of different people. That is why it is important to encourage your children to empathize and know some people who are not like them and respect them. One of the best ways to enhance intergroup relations is interpersonal contact.

When you let your kids know different people, it leads to increased understanding and reduced prejudice. Protecting your children from issues like bigotry, oppression, and racism seems easier, but the reality is children are confronted with such issues through their peers, conversation, and media. So, teach your children on cultivating community and empathize.

Don't Work your Life Away

In today’s fast-paced world, almost everyone is running after money. Long working hours and fewer resting hours have made us like robots. Undoubtedly, work is the major aspect of our lives. Earning money is good, but running after it is insane.

Today, work profiles define people. So, what do you do? The answer decides how we are going to present ourselves or judge others. In simple words, our happiness matters in terms of job profiles and how successful we are. That’s it!

But have you ever wondered if this is the reason we were born? Or is this the type of life we want? Probably not!

In the end, You Only Live Once (YOLO). Think of being on a deathbed and wishing if you had been happier, expressed your feelings, stayed in touch with your friends, or hadn’t worked that much.

How are we working our Life Away?

Let’s face it, nowadays; society defines happiness by a big car, big home, and luxuries we own. Almost everyone is focusing on filling their banks rather than depleting physical and mental health. Instead of our family, friends, and hobbies, our careers and jobs become our only priority.

Even if the job is fulfilling, working 40 hours a week makes us stressed and lost. Moreover, we miss several activities, outdoor adventures, celebrating important events and more. It's sad, isn’t it?

Learn to Say ‘No.’

Life is too short to wake up with regrets! This phrase seems so true on this point.

You have a whole life to work, but have you ever thought about the special moments that can become lasting memories? You can't get those if you are exhausted every day. Spending time with family on special occasions, late-night birthday surprises, Christmas eve, and a lot more. These are the memories to cherish forever.

But who will be going to remember you if you miss those even special events working at the office? Not even your boss!

So, rather than missing those special moments, don't be afraid to say NO to your boss. Remember, family and friends come first; the rest is secondary. You can get another job, but you can't get your family members and moments with them again. When you spend special time with your loved ones, you will always remember the look of your parents' and grandparents' happy faces! That’s precious. Aren’t they?

Balance your Work and Personal Life

One of the most self-destructive ways to destroy life is to be a workaholic. This is a type of personality who keeps on running from task to task coming up. Such people do not have any personal space, and in the end, only a heart attack can awaken such people. Work-life balance is important. This balance refers to prioritizing the demands of both career and personal life. A good work-life balance has several positive effects: a greater sense of well-being, lower burnout risk, and less stress.

While a job is crucial, it should not be your whole life. Before taking the position, you were an individual. So, make sure to take time for yourself and indulge in any activity or hobby that makes you happy.

Make sure to set boundaries for yourself and your colleagues to prevent burnout. When leaving the office, avoid answering official emails and think about upcoming projects. Whether you are working from home or office, determine your working hours and resting hours.

When you keep a work/life balance, you will start enjoying your work even more. It won’t seem like a burden anymore. Also, your loved ones will be happier as you are spending quality and quantity of time with them.

Take Charge of your life

Although most of us think that we control our lives, think again! The truth is our thoughts control our life.

Remember, if you feel anxious, stressed, depressed, pessimistic, angry, sad, embarrassed, and more, you are just wasting your life. So, figure out what you want to do in your life? What makes you feel happy? Ask yourself, where you feel more fulfilled, optimistic, and loved? Then start making plans. Write down the things you want to do, and then start taking steps to get there.

When you give priority to your life, it seems more beautiful and worth living. So, just stop wasting your life and give yourself a pep talk and say, “It’s my life, and I will make it more beautiful. I am going to live the life that I want.”

Don't Take Life So Serious – Have Fun

“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for a newer and richer experience.”

Eleanor Roosevelt's words are so enriching to the soul and teach us the natural way to live life. Are you taking the stress of something? Do you have a heavy heart because of something happening in your life? Well, dust it off because life is about living each moment and cherishing it.

People these days are so much busy in their daily life and work schedule. The pressure to meet deadlines, complete assignments, and compete is so much heavy. Hence, people forget their real purpose. We should always keep one thing in our mind, that is, this life is limited. The moments those you are living right now will never come back. Hence, make sure that you suck the juice out of each petal of time and life.

Stop Being Serious

What do you think will happen if you become serious or stressed? Will your problem find a solution itself? Well, always remember the words by Gerard Way, “One day your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it's worth watching.”

From these words, you can clearly understand that nothing good will happen to us if we take stress for no reason. Moreover, we will feel bad and keep on attracting the same vibes. Also, studies reveal several chronic diseases that one can develop because of the stress and tension in life.

Hence, make sure that you throw away your stress and burden. Do not think about what wrong is happening. Always try to find something good in each situation of life. You have to remember that nothing is constant. If there are bad days, they are going to end as well. Hence, cheer up and keep saying, “The show must go on.”

Follow Your Passion

Wanda Sykes says, “If you feel like there's something out there that you're supposed to be doing if you have a passion for it, then stop wishing and just do it.”

Never let your passion wait for you. People these days are busy impressing others. The streak continues to grow more and more. At last, there is only regret that remains about leaving the passion and chasing something else. Never do that.

Sit back and relax. Take your time and understand that if you like what you are doing. Some so many people are not following their passion. These individuals might be good at photography, acting, dancing, basketball, or anything else. Due to society's pressure and ignoring their love, they sit at the office cabin working for someone else.

Are you also among them? Well, you still have your life remaining with you. Set out of the clutches of society and follow your passion. The famous basketball player and the greatest of all time, Kobe Bryant, said something fundamental.

According to him, “Deciding to follow your passion is the hardest. It takes a lot of sacrifices for an individual to do that. However, once you follow your passion, it is the most liberating feeling that you will ever have inside you.”

Therefore, keep following your passion, and you will never be upset even a single day in your life. Make the most out of the moment that you have with you.

Fun is Essential

What is fun for you? Do you like to read books or watch movies? Do you want to jump off an airplane with a parachute, or you want to dive deep into the sea? Whatever you feel like doing more and more and feel good after doing that, follow that thing consistently.

“Enjoy life. There's plenty of time to be dead.” – Hans Christian Andersen

Meet new people each day. Talk to your loved ones and help others. Donate some charity regularly. Talk to your family and parents. Ensure that you always have a good mood and busy creating a life of Fun and enjoyment.

The Power of Family – Your Forever Support System

“Family is not an important thing. It's everything.”

What comes to your mind when you read these words from Michael J. Fox? There is a deep meaning that these words consist in them. According to him, the family is not something that you categorize as important or unimportant. But, your family is everything that you have with you.

All the people who have their families behind them are so lucky. These people must be grateful for their families as they have someone with whom they can share things. On the contrary, so many unlucky souls lost their families in some way or the other. The feeling of emptiness that they have with them is something that we cannot imagine. As Desmond Tutu rightly says,

“You don't choose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you are to them.”

Our Constant Support System

There is no other constant support system that we have other than our families. From the day we are born to the day we will die, they will be there for us. When we say family, we can count on our parents, siblings, cousins, and other relatives. It hardly matters as to what is their nature, what they like or dislike, do they meet our frequencies or not. We will have their back forever. Hence, when someone is thinking about a constant support system, there can be no other than our family members.

With Us in Good or Bad

Think yourself and try to answer a simple question. From where you get a constant reaction when you are in a good or a bad situation? No matter how much you earn or lose, who is always there to provide you the support that you need? Yes, it is your family who is there in thick and thin or good or bad. There is an unconditional love that you get from your family, which does not change in any circumstance. Hence, it would be best if you felt lucky to have someone with you in the times when you need them the most.

Always Pray For Our Safety and Well Being

Do you sometimes sit back and think about the person sitting and praying for you all the time? You will hardly find any individual other than our family or our loved ones who pray for us. Our family delivers and gives us well wishes that keep us prosperous, healthy, and happy.

What Can We Do For Them?

There are a lot of people who ask the question as to how they can do good to their families. What is it that can they do to deliver them happiness? Well, there are just some simple deeds that you must do to provide a smile on their face and make them feel a part of you.

Always be in Touch

In this busy schedule of life, we often forget about our loved ones. We are so active in our work that we do not find the time to stay in touch with our families. If you want to do something for your family genuinely, make sure you keep in touch with them. Never make them feel alone in life. You can call or text them once in a while. It will help them feel good, and they will think that they, too, have someone wishing for them.

Ask about their Needs

If you are capable enough with financial or social skills, always ask about your family's needs. Several individuals are fighting the battle. We know nothing about it. Therefore, it is your responsibility that you ask them what they need. Also, make sure that you try to understand when they demand something from you.

Be with them in Tough Times

Tough times do not last much. However, people who stay together in tough times have the strongest bonds. You have to be with them in their tough times. Give them mental, social, physical, or financial support when their life is not just. Always be supportive because when you are in need, they will come to permit you. According to Friedrich Nietzsche,

“In family life, love is the oil that eases friction, the cement that binds closer together, and the music that brings harmony.”

“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people's thinking.” -Steve Jobs.

With these words of the famous Steve Jobs, let us proceed and unfold the true meaning of living life.

Follow Your Passions and Chase Your Dreams

The first thing that we can learn from the game of life is to follow our passions and chase our dreams. Do you know that most individuals regret quitting their goals when they are not eligible to pursue their love again? Get up out of bed every day with a desire to follow your passions.

Your passions are the burning sparkles and fire of desire that you want with all your heart. Your love is something that gives you energy in difficult times of life. Hence, you must always put in your heart and soul to realize your dreams and achieve your goals.

Do you know which person gets the best sleep at night? It is the individual who puts in all day of hard work and has a good feeling at night. Therefore, change your mindset now and start realizing your passion and following your dream.

It Is Always Now or Never

One of the major problems with most of us is procrastination. Procrastination kills the desire in us to work hard and achieve things. How many times you get the feeling of doing something, and then suddenly you do not feel like doing it at that moment? Well, the count will be a lot.

Never leave a thing for tomorrow. Always perform your tasks, job, wishes, and actions when you get the idea of doing them. We think and believe that we will do something when we become successful and so on. It is not the right mindset to live life.

Set an aim for yourself to do everything then and there when you get the thought. Always empower your will to do what you desire than procrastinate it. In this manner, you will eventually become a better individual who has all the experiences in life. Always remember, “It's better to be oops than what if.”

Overcome Your Fears

Fear is a necessary evil. What do you mean by this statement? Well, there are different perceptions of it for other individuals. Anxiety can be motivating for us. It can push us to perform a task efficiently and at a fast pace.

However, one must never allow fear to overcome them. Never let your anxiety be more significant than your desires. According to a great personality, “The greatest things in life are on the other side of the fear.” Hence, overcome and overthrow your fear. Take charge of your life and do what makes you most happy.

Helping Others

When was the last time your mind was feeling good after helping someone? Well, helping others and getting a smile in return is a beautiful feeling. We can all experience it. Always have a thought to help someone in need or someone not having privileges like you. It will drive you to help and uplift society. Also, you will get a sense of satisfaction at the highest level.

Top Ways to Achieve your potential Now!

Do you have big dreams in life but unable to make them a reality?

Or are you working too hard but still not achieving goals?

Regardless of which challenge you are going through, the answer is the same: you haven’t unlocked your real potential.

Potential has various meanings; for me, it is the ability or knowledge that a person develops to a particular task and works hard to accomplish it. Everyone has some potential within them, along with the ability to achieve it. But not everyone reaches their full potential and skills.

Although the concept is not rocket science, you just have to work on a few aspects to achieve your potential to the best of your abilities.

Plan

Everything starts with a plan. This is the first step to climb the ladder of success. Without planning, you will have no direction and will just get pushed around in life. If you want to unlock your potential every day, you need to plan your day, aligning it with your to-do list. Focus on what is important in your life. Write down your task so you will be on track.

You should know your week schedule before starting a week. Also, you must know when it is the right time to turn off your work mode and spend time with your family. After all, it is not wrong to say that – ‘All work no play makes jack a dull boy.’

Focus on Big Picture

With so many distractions in our day-to-day life, we can easily get frustrated and stressed out. This way, achieving your potential could be tough. But if we focus on the big picture, we will focus on what we want despite distractions.

Think about the goals you want to achieve or what the big picture looks like to you? Why do you have to do it? What is the purpose of your life? What do you want to do for your family? Think about everything you want to achieve. When you have reason and purpose in your life, you can easily unlock your full potential.

Take Small steps

Always remember that success won’t come overnight. You have to take small steps to prepare your mind for what it can do. If you over-burdened your brain, chances are, you will end up messing up things. Once you have a proper plan and aim to achieve it, start taking baby steps towards it. You can also have a mentor who will help you with unbiased, honest advice to unlock your potential.

Positive Attitude

This is another crucial aspect to consider when it comes to reaching your fullest potential. Always remember, people with negative attitudes see everything, including themselves, negative. If you want a good and productive day, you have to leave all the negativity behind and overcome challenges with a smile on your face. When you have a positive attitude, you will not only be able to stay focused but achieve your potential, taking way ahead to success.

Believe in Yourself

We often forget to believe in ourselves, our capabilities, and our strength. And here, we stopped unveiling our full potential. When we believe in ourselves and dare to say- I can do it, we open the door of several opportunities. With a positive attitude, we can separate ourselves from others in the matter of work and time.

Although finding excuses for not doing something is easy, if we feed our brains with self-belief affirmations and positive thinking, we can definitely unfasten our potential in no time.

Meditation

Everything lies inside the brain- even how we respond to happiness, sadness, failure, or success. Meditation is one of the most effective practices that reduces stress levels, strengthens the immune system, and lower BP levels. In fact, it is also helpful to improve cognitive functioning, stimulate creative thinking, and increase productivity.

Even for unlocking your potential while making way to success, meditation is a powerful strategy. During meditation, you can bring an image of your goal or dream to your mind and enable your subconscious mind to program plans for you.

7 Ways that Actually Works

Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one or events like the divorce or illness, saying goodbye to someone who has been a part of your life for a long time is heart-breaking. Coping with loss always involves the same dynamics. Be it the loss of a career, friendship, loved one, or relationship, we are forced to reckon with the fact that we will never experience someone and something again. We are forced to accept our pain and inner emptiness while confronting a scary word- ‘Never.’

You can never press ‘reset’ on a broken relationship, un-say the wrong words that destroy a friendship, redo a part mistake and bring a dead person back to life. But it is important to cope with loss in a healthy way and move on with life as life doesn’t stop for anybody.’

The Best Ways to Cope with Loss

Accept the Loss

The initial way to cope with loss is by accepting it. Until you confront the loss, you won’t be able to heal. If you ignore the pain, sedate yourself with distractions, or run from it, your grief will overtake you in no time. So, the best way is to allow yourself to cry and confront your loss. When you accept your loss, you will start defeating it. Recognize your pain and let the tears flow. Scream loudly, throw things out, or cry at solitary places. Remember, a loss helps us to grow, brings wisdom and teaches us to let go. Just accept that this too shall pass

Talk to people you Trust

If you find it difficult to cope with the biggest change in your life, do not isolate yourself.

Instead, share your feelings with those you trust. If you do not have someone to get your heart out of, lean on a compassionate therapist or a counselor. Even if you are feeling uncertain, rambling, or confused, talking to someone compassionate allows you to start overcoming your pain, and it will prevent you from going into depression.

Keep yourself busy

Although you can’t stop your mind from overthinking, distract it by occupying yourself with tasks or hobbies. Shift your focus from your problems and start working at a paying job, volunteering, or joining hobby classes. These are some of the best ways to distract yourself from grief. You can also go for a walk, play with children or watch lighthearted movies. Keeping your mind distracted from grief helps you to cope with loss more efficiently.

Sweat for the Endorphins

Endorphins are neural-signaling molecules and hormones that function as painkillers. When endorphins release, the pain subsides, and one can feel better. So, when coping with loss, make sure you exercise until you sweat and release endorphins. When you work out every day, you can prepare your mind and body to work. Plus, it also pushes out the grief and endless thoughts that are making you sad.

Keep a distance from a Negative Mindset

No matter what type of loss one is going through, it is a sad and stressful moment. Not everyone you talk to while grieving would understand and help you. If someone gets irritated listening to your grief or asks you to stop being so sensitive and get over it, distance yourself from those. Rather reconnect with compassionate people who understand and listen to your grief.

Journal your thought

Jot down your thoughts- your feelings, your pain, your reactions, whatever. To some people, it may sound silly, but it is a great way towards healing. Rather than keeping the thoughts in your mind, write it on paper, and you will see that you will feel a bit released. However, you won’t heal overnight, but you will find solace in good times.
