Missed my Police meeting this evening due to a family crisis. But, stats from the Chief Inspector re Covid-19 Fixed Penalty Notices are interesting.
What is even more interesting is the breakdown of BAME FPN's. We have never received info like this before. This analysis matches Gloucestershire county ethnicity which is good. The establishment is listening, it seems.
However, in Gloucestershire, from my research, a BAME individual is twice as likely to be Stop Searched as a white individual.
