From time to time, you may see a dash as your nickname in the hotComm room. This needs to be fixed...

Follow these steps:

  1. Leave hotComm running, the whole time, no need to end task out of it.

  2. Logout of the apex site (go to account menu links on the right side, click “logout”).

  3. Press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE while in your browser, ONLY clear out “Cache, Cookies, Temp files and History” and make sure you DON'T have boxes for Saved Passwords, Form Data, hosted app data or site settings checked.

  4. Click on time period (“all time,” or “everything” depending on what browser it is).

  5. Click Clear Data...once it's done it will disappear.

  6. Make sure the “remember me” option is unticked and log into ApexInvesting.net and click on Account Menu links again and select, “Elite Trade Room Sign in”.

If you follow these steps exactly, and it does not work, try going through them again, but also close the hotComm window and clear the browser's cache, cookies, temp files, and history. Also, make sure the “remember me” option is unticked.
