I'm really happy with how these loaves of sourdough came out. They are made with local grains from Barton Springs Mill with their premium all purpose flour and the yecora rojo whole wheat flour.

And check out my first attempt at a rye bread. These loaves were only 15% rye so the flavor was subtle, but it smelled amazing!
