The Truth
Once you've made peace with yourself, nothing in this world could make you feel any worse or any better than what you already firmly believed.
You don't even need to harden your heart or dismissed yourself from the society. You are instantly shielded from anything.
You just have to be fuckin sure of yourself, up to a point when someone comes up to you and calls you an idiot, you would only shrug and laugh. Simply because you know you are not being smarter just because someone calls you a genius, and not being dumber just because someone calls you an idiot. In fact, those words only shows how smart they actually are.
You owe no explanation to anyone and no one owe an understanding of you. You owe no permission of your decisions and they owe no acceptance towards it.
It's not that you don't need anyone in this life. It's just not everyone has to be relatable and not every opinion of theirs, matters.
Once you've made peace with yourself, you know your boundaries. You know who you are, and no one can take that away from you.
