Catch Mobile App. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy refers to the use of the Catch mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “App”) only and applies to the information collected in the App. It may not be applied to third-party websites or apps, which contain links to the App.

Purpose of Collecting and Processing User Data

We use the data collected when you are using the App to improve the App usability, including but not limited to:

collecting and analyzing anonymized statistical data referring to the app work and usage;
making the App configuration as convenient for our users as possible based on anonymized statistical data analyses.

The App does not collect any personal data including your contact data. The “user data” term includes information allowing us to trace the installation and usage of the App, statistical data referring to the actions of a user in the App, device type and operating system type and version.

Personal Data

By downloading or using the App, you agree that the Developer processes anonymised statistical data (with the use of automation tools or without them), as follows: collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, modifying), extracting, using, depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, destructing statistical data or transferring data (providing access) to credit organizations and other parties in order to execute the obligations assumed under the offer agreement.

The agreement covers the following data:

statistical data of user actions in the App;
device type which the App is installed on and its operation system version.

Terms of processing personal data and transferring them to third parties

The Developer shall not collect, store or transfer personal data or contact information of a user to third parties.

Statistical data which the Developer collects may be transferred to authorized third parties in accordance with applicable law and within the procedure established by law.

Disclaimer statement and updates in our Privacy Policy

Our Privacy policy does not cover the transfer of personal data when accessing third-party websites or apps including the websites or apps of our partners even if they contain links to the App. The App Developer disclaims all liability for the actions of third-party websites or apps. Collection and transfer of personal data when accessing the abovementioned websites and apps are covered by related documents provided by corresponding companies.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted in the App and shall take effect from the date of such posting. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically as they are binding upon you.
