Orange Sand

Dry sand is not viscous and acts like essentially a fluid. Palm Trees

Group: large things, plants that emit coconuts every so often Use: decoration, the coconuts are edible Action: when a coconut is emitted, that falls to the ground. Avoid being hit by one. Properties: at least 30 feet tall, various random heights, random leaf spread patterns, doesn't seem to be consistent between viewings yet Location: The shore's edge, in the grass (all palm trees planted on the beaches here won't make it) Association: peace, vacation, slight danger, sharing

Wet sand

Group: Thing, many smaller things, but viscous enough as a group to be used as a building material Use: building material, compression aid, manufacturing Action: will slowly get dry and mostly maintain its shape, no inherent action otherwise Properties: extremely viscous, darker colored, sharp-feeling Location: on the beach, closer to the ocean Association: sandcastles, clamming, childhood, vacations

The creek

Group: Geographic feature, flows from the mountains down to the ocean Use: irrigation, trade, a home for small animals Action: down from the mountains and towards the ocean Properties: 4 feet wide at most, usually 2-3 feet wide, water is freshwater and quite cold, but more than adequately can irrigate the cannabis crops Location: south of the cannabis patch, but diverted around it in order to irrigate the crops the best Association: childhood, carefreeness, responsibility

The sand path

Group: Geographic feature, used as a dedicated surface to walk on that feels agreeable to the feet (gravel wasn't good for walking on barefoot like this smooth sand is) Use: Protects the crops from being stepped on, prevents the crops from growing in a place that would hinder access to them Action: Inert unless acted on, will push up when stood on Properties: 4 feet wide, slight brown tint, very small grains, smooth texture in the hands Location: The cannabis field, on the ground, separating banks of crops Association: Sand toys as a kid where you turn the thing over and get an image of a brain or something, also memories of a sandbox in the backyard
