Micmix03

I write about technology, coding, anime, manga and other interesting things.

After a few more tries to solve it myself, I finally give up and watched the video about solving the coding challenge.

From what I learned, I was using the correct coding concept but I used the wrong arguments.

The two concepts used were, push() and shift().

Not sure what to feel after that, either happiness or frustration, maybe both?

And that's all for my coding session!

This is the day when I will return to my previous coding time of 30 minutes instead of one hour.

Coding is kind of burning up my brain capacity for a while, especially with the coding challenge that I am facing right now.

Here is the link to the coding challenge: https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/javascript-algorithms-and-data-structures/basic-javascript/stand-in-line

The amount of topics that I managed to learn is impressive!

I was able to finish 35 coding challenges that ranges from basic arithmetic operators to arrays.

I am excited to learn more about JavaScript tomorrow.

After several weeks or even months since I started working on these projects, I had finally finished them!

It feels great!

The next steps to take are to start the “JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structure Certification”

This will be quite interesting to learn something new.

I am so close to getting my certificate that I could see in front of my eyes.

Tomorrow will be the last day of before getting my certificate, if I managed to fix all the issues that I am having with my project.

There are two issues that I am having.

Number one, my welcome section is not aligned correctly in the center.

It positioned on top of the page near the navigation link which covers some text of my welcome section

And number two, the footer's background is not occupying the whole footer section.

Not sure what is causing these two issues but I will do my best to fix them by tomorrow.

I am back from my little rest period I had in the past days due to the intense skating I did with my friends.

Anyways, I am currently finishing the CSS of the projects section.

Pretty interesting stuff I must say. That's all for now.

The title speaks for itself.

I just finished coding the CSS section of my Portfolio project, and I am pretty hungry.

I relearned some interesting CSS properties in my coding session.

Properties like the “fr” units, and the difference between margin and padding.

From what I understand, margin separates the things outside the of our block or HTML element while padding moves the contents inside the block or HTML element away from the border of the block.

This is one CSS property I didn't properly understand until now.

In my coding session, I read about a blog post on how to write technical blog posts and some tips for continuous improvement.

I am kind of anxious on writing technical blog posts in my blog.

This is like that time when I started to tweet about my #100DaysOfCode challenge.

But instead of coding, this is going to be about technical writing.

Also, in the next few weeks, I will be having my own blog with Forestry and Hugo Static Site Generator.

And that's how my coding ended, unexpectedly.

I managed to code for a bit even though my body is exhausted from dance practices.

After coding for a while, I saw a CSS property that I didn't recognize, font-style.

After searching for a bit, it is used to style our HTML elements with either normal, italic, oblique, inherit or initial.

But somehow, I started to read the blog post from Mozilla about their DeepSpeech 0.6.

And that's how my coding ended, unexpectedly.

I had just too much fun with the @media rules. Pretty interesting to see it in action and being responsive.

That's basically all for today.
