The last two years have been one heck of a ride. What started as a campaign to help New Story Charity build one home for a family in need quickly grew into a community wide effort to champion the XRP Tip Bot as a powerhouse of micro-donations.

Since the One More Home project started, the landscape in which the initiative played out changed significantly, from the XRP Tip Bot changing the way it works, to New Story Charity deciding to embrace crypto donations and accept XRP directly. Due to these developments, it is with a feeling of gratefulness and a sense of mission accomplished that I announce it officially: The XRP fundraiser that the One More Home project conducted for the last two years comes to an end.

We are proud to announce that the final amount we have helped New Story raise so far is 59,688.367625 XRP which have been sent to New Story's XRPL address accordingly.

What's Next?

Our support and admiration towards New Story does not stop here. One More Home, while not raising funds directly, will continue to support New Story in the fight against global homelessness.

An instrumental part of this continued support will be the 42,662.207821 FLR tokens that the One More Home project will obtain through the Flare Networks airdrop, all thanks to the community's generous donations. 100% of these funds will go of course to New Story, we are just waiting to learn more about Flare Networks to find out about the best way to proceed.

There are some other ideas in the pipeline involving other digital assets but these will be announced in due time 😉.

I would like to express once again my gratitude to everyone in the XRP Community. Your support has been absolutely amazing. You can certainly be very proud for the positive impact you have made in the lives of families in need.
