My First #Pong Game: COMPLETE!
That was pretty cool to make. Turned out well. Saved it to my laptop + scratch.mit.edu but I haven't listed it publicly, yet. I am going to go through all the steps to submit it properly to #EdX and then I suppose I will be done w/ Week 0! #Woot! If I submit by tonight that means I will have everything from Week 0 done within 6 days! #AheadOfSchedule! :D
This was p cool making this because I have never made anything like this before at all. It was mainly drag-&-drop but I understood all of it.

I Had A Great Time Tonight
Coffee was purchased. Sweat was drawn from my pores as I walked to get it. I came home and made several lattes as I chatted away on Mastodon.social and I met some p cool people on there. I also started listening to a radio station from the “simple playlist”...playlist on Spotify and it is playing Soooo many good jams. Probably added 20+ songs to different playlists on my profile. Love this “station” or whateverthefuck it is. Also, not missing Twitter (bird site) at all.
So, tomorrow I am dedicating myself to making the Scratch 2 sprite for #CS50x (which I mentioned before). I am very much so looking forward to that.
I feel good tonight. Will go to bed in a little bit, I think.

I am just killing time here by journaling on the ol' bloggy log and thinking about how nice a big, fact fountain Diet Pepsi is gonna taste when I am on the way back to pick up the dad from dialysis.
I am probably gonna try to think of a sprite animation tomorrow for #CS50x. That is all I have left to do this week, tbh. Then onto Week 1 (this project was Week 0). I am looking forward to all of it.
And as far as the loan discharge status, it is still under review. I am hoping like hell they hurry the fuck up so I can get going w/ the enrollment process at STLCC this fall, but, we'll see.

this was not written in code, but I am going to be (sorta) writing in code later. I am going to be using Scratch 2 to make a little animation of sprites doing funny things.
I finished the #CS50x Week 0 lecture and all went well and now I am moving onto the first problem set. But it is also worth nothing....
...that I finally made myself an Admin on the Mac! After Google numerous times how to do this, I found I could do it by going into the terminal on the Disk Utility screen (sort of like BIOS?) and typing “resetpassword”. So that's p legit. I was then able to install Adobe Flash + Adobe AIR which are both necessary for CS50x and in particular Scratch 2. But this means I can install other things on here such as the MacOS High Sierra update (if I choose), and just about anything that is not in the App Store.
So, with that said, I am going to import everything from the other Mac acct (the “tm” acct) into Admin and make this fucker my main acct. Scratch 2 project will come soon.

and I am going to settle in for the night when the sun sets and continue on the Week 0 lecture on #CS50x. Fun course.
I finished all the things I had set up in my bullet journal and checked them off/crossed them off. The only two things that didn't happen was: I didn't sell the Tab A (guy didn't follow-through), and I didn't do the lecture coursework, YET! (starting in a little bit here).
The goal for the night (as noted in the bullet journal) is to get through h rest of the 50 minutes of the lecture and take diligent notes.
Dad is home and doing well and resting. There is a big event happening at the 'rents tomorrow that I will be there for but that is not happening until the evening.
I also made a huge Twitter list titled “the champions” of all thegood-hearted folks that I enjoy most on the social network and then am following a bunch of people on the main TL (just because).
