RIP Bourdain

I was shocked when I heard the news this AM. I woke up and checked Twitter (like i do every morning) and when someone was Tweeting about suicide multiple times in a row, I knew that something had happened to someone. Then in the fourth Tweet I saw that it had been Anthony Bourdain that took his life. It's a very very very sad thing to see this happen, to anyone. He was a personal hero of mine. I always said that he had the best job in the world and was the embodiment of human empathy. No one could “get” someone better than Bourdain could “get” someone. Brilliant writer. Brilliant chef. And brilliant person. #RIP
