On a rainy day

#learn

Second year of my MSBA

By this time last year, I was probably doing the same thing as I am doing today, spending the whole day looking at the sky from my window and wondering what might be coming. The difference is that this time this year, the rain was pouring for most of the day and I'm not sure if I can maintain a positive tone in this reflection.

MIS772

Predictive analytics – Yes, that's the first thing I knew about this course as a warning from a Uber driver, on my very first day in Australia. He had done the same major as me two or three years earlier and told me that was the hardest unit.

I'm not sure why this happened again, just like how Táo warned me about CF at FMT, well, I failed the exam and gotta retake the unit. The day I got that news, I, however, didn't expect how far things could go. I'm right now literally paying for my mistake, not a single one but a series of them. I hope that this is an enlightening moment to prevent me from any further mistakes in the future.

I will be strong.

Specialisation

It is funny that I was given pretty much time to decide on the specialisation I wanna go for, yet made a mega mistake to take marketing technology. Didn't learn any single new thing from the three units I took and the grades were not satisfactory as well.

Challenges

During the past one year, the previous May was probably the best month ever in my life recently: fighting for the challenges and actually winning first prizes. That was also the version of myself that I love the best.

Lessons I learned

ONE THING THAT REMAINS THE SAME: THAT IS TO BECOME A PRODUCT OWNER.
