Ohhhhh, let's talk about [Ashley Quai](https://thequai.com). Ashley Quai used to be Younique's in-house makeup artist. She's legit fantastic — has a wonderful following, and is enthusiastic about the brand. At one point, Quai felt so bullied by our creative director that she asked to be put on a freelance contract. Now, she won't be at the Younique Convention and she's being edged out of the company.
