Ohhhhh, let's talk about Ashley Quai. Ashley Quai used to be Younique's in-house makeup artist. She's legit fantastic — has a wonderful following, and is enthusiastic about the brand.

At one point, Quai felt so bullied by our creative director that she asked to be put on a freelance contract.

Now, she won't be at the Younique Convention and she's being edged out of the company. (She's even closed her Younique Instagram account — her new personal account is here)

This is a very big deal. Younique doesn't want anyone to be an ambassador of the brand in case they outshine co-founder Melanie.
