Fitness routine

No referral/affiliate links here, just jotting down my current fitness routine as a reference point.

Lifting

I do a two-day split on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's whatever Liftin' recommended with a few modifications/removals. I (re)started with just the bar a few weeks back, and it's been going well.

Ring Fit Adventure

I try not to do this on days that I lift. I typically play adventure mode for about an hour (real time), which translates into 25-30 minutes on the in-game timer. I use the HIIT workout type on my Apple Watch to record this. Ring Fit Adventure is what got be back into working out!

Yoga & Walking

These two are my go-to exercises when I'm trying to close my activity rings. I have been using the Down Dog app for a few years now, and it's totally worth the small annual subscription.

Running

I just started the None To Run program using Intervals Pro, which I plan to continue three days per week in the mornings. It's not intensive, so I don't think I'll need to skip it on days I lift, but we'll see how it shakes out as the weeks go on.
