An SD(Secure Digital) Card is a digital storage device. It’s often used in portable devices like digital cameras, cell phones, etc. Sometimes, you may want to delete all the stuff on your SD card as you don’t need them anymore and want to put more new things into it. Step 1.

Plug your SD card into your computer either directly on the PC’s console or via a memory card adapter attached to a USB port.

Step 2.

Then Windows instantly recognizes your SD card and mounts it into the system.

Open Computer window (for different OS, the Window’s name could be Computer, My Computer, This PC)

Find your SD card and right-click on it.

Click Format.

Step 3.

On the Format window, you can choose to tick on Quick Format to save time.

Click Start.

Click OK to confirm the performance.

Step 4.

Just wait a moment for the system to complete formatting.

Click OK when it is done and close the Format window.

Step 5.

Now you have your SD card with its original full space.
