Falling is part of gymnastics, it's how gymnasts get to master the amazing skills we see them perform in competition. You only get to become good at something by doing it over and over again, and in a sport like gymnastics, that means falling many times but getting up right after and try the same skill again.
Some videos, like the one above, don't dwell on the pain of falling but on how to get up again and continue, are encouraging, especially when you see your sport heroes, such as Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman (just to mention the most notorious ones) all of them Olympic champions in different events, some of them, like Simone Biles, considered the greatest of all times. These heroes are also human, just like the rest of us, they fall, but what makes them great is that they get right back up and they are not afraid to try again and again until they get it right. They never give up and that is inspiring for the rest of us mere mortals.
