So I was at a work training thing yesterday, I’m not going into details because it’s a) boring and b) not relevant but it was about communication.

A lot of the stuff covered was very typical – use positive words, not negative ones, smile, make eye contact, have open body language, keep your tone of voice light etc.

All of which is to say typical as in neurotypical.
