I don't know if other people are doing this, but I just thought of making a small list of things I want to/will do after the outbreak ends.
sell my Polk Audio speakers on CL (no use for them, they have been sitting here looking pretty for months, I'd rather just use my over-the-ear headphones)
visit the St Louis County Library. Often. Just like olden times. While there, perhaps donate a couple books?
walk/hike more often (doing this, anyways – but, I can do so on the regular w/o risk of infection when everything is over)
visit with more people more often? Somewhat of an introvert so I am not terribly concerned with this, but it is likely to happen
rid myself of the ugly, broken-down chaise chair. I have to pay to have it removed and I can't let anyone in my apartment right now :/
travel? Lol, I'm sure :P
Things I am doing Now (even while in quarantine)
saving money, trying to invest a little bit
building a cool Web app that I am excited about
reigning in any/all extraneous spending
becoming less reliant on THINGS, making due/getting by with less (as usual)
lessening the load of my apartment, in general. The records are going back to the brother-in-law, I decided. The tube amp is busted and done, not fixing it. The vintage Pioneer stereo cabinet (though very nice looking) goes with the chaise chair whenever I rid myself of it. The latter comes after COVID is over, but worth mentioning.
keep life simple. Be happy.
