I love how Cadey is basically a cryptid.

She only responds to very specific things according to specific patterns and mostly lurks in the shadows otherwise. She doesn't tend to speak more than a couple lines before disappearing back into the aether. We have a rich and detailed understanding of Cadey and her quirks despite not actually interacting with her all that much (especially if you don't group her together with her tulpas). And there's that one weird guy who claims he's the cryptid's significant other. He's basically harmless and fun to be around so we have no reason to doubt him, but nobody can really say for sure that he isn't just off his rocker or playing jokes on us.

Cadey has this interesting effect where I'll dump a whole wall of text in like 8 paragraphs to her, and she'll respond with like... a single question or statement, which only really addresses a single point and more or less ignores the rest of what I said.

And it starts off feeling kind of inadequate, like most of the conversation just went in one ear and out the other. But as the hours pass the shit stews in your brain, suddenly it just clicks and you feel like that's the only thing you needed to hear.

Now I'm imagining an orcadragon cryptid who actually isn't trying to hide or anything, she just lives on a random island or some shit, and sometimes people kinda just... find her. But the stories they bring to tell back home always sound absurd so people think it's an urban legend.
