Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity, and the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
Diet: • 07:15 – toast & butter, applesauce • 10:00 – ham sandwich, snacking on animal crackers, peanuts, and raisins • 12:30 – bowl of chili soup, garden salad • 20:00 – snacking on chocolates and cheese
Chores, etc.: • 05:15 – listen to KTSA • 06:00 – have recorded the daily health metrics • 07:30 – The UN Plot To Censor Your Speech – Ep. 271, The Liz Wheeler Show • 09:00 – Watching Steve Bannon's War Room • 11:00 – Watching The Absolute Truth with Emerald Robinson TV Show • 12:15 to 13:45 – lunch with Sylvia at a favorite restaurant • 15:00 – have composed and posted a newsy email to our Assembly's Google Group • 15:15 – The Brief: February 10, 2023 – Fri 9:30 AM ET – with Patrick Gunnels • 16:00 – Watching Steve Bannon's War Room – late afternoon, early evening edition • 18:00 – local news and weather • 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune • 19:00 – beginning another full evening of All Star Trek Shows. I'm not glued to the TV, but Star Trek shows can run in the background while I attend to other chores.
