Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Tuesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. • Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Sorrowful Mysteries.
Diet: • 07:00 – ½ peanut butter sandwich • 08:00 – 1 banana • 09:15 – 1 small Splenda diabetic shake • 14:00 – BIG buffet dinner at Golden Corral • 17:00 – snacking lightly on peanuts and trick or treat candy through the rest of the evening
