Diet: • 07:00 – ½ peanut butter sandwich, cubed peaches • 08:30 – 1 pc. of pizza • 10:30 – 1 small Splenda diabetic shake • 14:00 – breaded shrimp, fish sticks • 17:00 – snack on cheese

Chores, etc.: • 01:30 – after almost 4 hrs of sleep I've now been awake during an insomnia break for 45 minutes. Hope another sleep comes my way before the morning alarms. • 05:00 – the first alarm woke me and got me out of bed • 07:00 – Morning with Maria • 08:00 – Varney & Company • 09:45 – have set an appointment for an eye exam with eye doctor and texted that info to my GP • 10:15 – started my weekly laundry • 10:50 – How To Be a Happy Warrior – Scott Ott's Right Angle • 11:30 – Happiness is: time spent looking at a recent photo of my two great granddaughters taking their “babies” out for a stroll. great granddaughters • 11:45 – watching old game shows • 15:00 – financial news shows • 18:00 – local news and weather • 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune • 19:00 – suffering through some silly sitcoms, etc. while waiting for... • 20:00 – ... this week's NCIS
