Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Saturday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum – Today's Rosary is the Glorious Mysteries.
Diet: • 07:00 – 1 banana, 1 pb&j sandwich • 10:00 – rice, beef steak with onions • 13:30 – snack on raisins and peanuts • 18:00 – ice cream, 1 pb&j sandwich

Darn. Now watching local news and weather. • 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune • 19:00 – Svengoolie
