Prayers, etc.: • 05:20 – Prayer to Sr. Michael the Archangel • 09:30 – Today's Rosary, the Glorious Mysteries, was prayed in public prior to the 10:00 Mass at STM led by my K of C Council • 10:00 – Mass Readings and Gospel – Bar 5:1-9; Phil 1:4-6, 8-11: Lk 3:1-6 • 18:40 – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
Diet: • 07:30 – fruit cocktail, ½ pb&j sandwich • 12:00 – buffet meal at Sea Island(?) • 16:30 – large chocolate shake • 17:00 – hamburger cubana bowl, beef and cheese nachos
Chores, etc.: • 06:30 – begin prep for today's work: morning Mass @ STM, afternoon Mass @ St. Mark's • 09:30 to 16:00 – a full day of two Masses and KofC Honor Guard work • 17:30 – home, finally. Unpacking from the long day's work, tuning into the 4th quarter of the Ravens vs Steelers NFL game. • 19:00 – The Sunday night NFL Game, Chiefs vs Broncos
