Prayers, etc.: • 04:30 – Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel • 17:40 – the daily meditation from Magnificat monthly magazine; and the daily meditation from Benedictus. – Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and the Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. – Tonight's Rosary is the Glorious Mysteries.
Diet: • 11:15 – baked potato • 13:00 – 2 breaded pork chops • 17:15 – spicy seafood meat sauce over white rice
Chores, etc.: • 10:15 – tuned into the SiriusXM NFL Radio Tailgate Show • 12:00 – now listening to the Jets vs Packers game • 15:15 – now listening to Bills @ Chiefs • 20:00 – bought a year's membership of NFL+ so I can listen to all the games. $40.00 / year. Sounds best over my tablet. Listening to the Cowboys vs the Eagles. Heading to bed at half-time.
