Diet: • 07:15 – ½ tuna salad sandwich, ½ chicken salad sandwich • 11:30 – pancakes & sausage • 14:00 – fruit cocktail • 15:00 – chicken,spinach, and noodles • 16:00 – snack on cheese • 17:00 – snack on pb&j
Chores, etc.: • 10:00 – Mass at STM • 11:30 – KofC breakfast • 13;00 – watch NFL football • 15:00 – after the Chiefs vs Chargers game, I'm now watching Bucs vs Rams • 16:30 – update paper planner, note cards, etc. • 18:00 – Listen to Steve Bannon's War Room • 19:20 – more NFL Football – the Packers vs the 49ers
