Diet: • 07:17 – applesauce, ½ peanut butter sandwich • 13:20 – snacking on peanuts • 15:45 – fish and steamed vegetables, ice cream

Chores, etc.: • 06:00 – listen to KTSA • 09:45 – order grocery delivery • 10:15 – haircut and beard trim • 10:40 – Gramsci & the Culture Wars • 11:00 – watch old game shows • 13:00 – turned to ESPN for Bowl Games Preview Show, followed by the games of the day • 14:30 to 15:30 – mow back yard, then back to football. • 15:45 – dinner with Sylvia, then back to football • 18:00 – turning away from the Cheez-it Bowl for ½ hour of local news and weather • 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune • 19:00 – back to football
