Diet: • 08:15 – pineapple chunks • 10:45 – stack of pancakes, stuffed omelet, bacon, fried spam • 14:15 – mashed potatoes, pork chop • 17:20 – 1 small Splenda diabetic shake

Chores, etc.: • 09:00 – Sunday NFL Countdown • 12:00 – 1st NFL game of the day, Patriots vs Texans • 15:37 – this must be the day for missed field goals in the NFL.There were so many by both teams in my 1st game of the afternoon, and now again in the Cowboys vs Giants game. Man! • 19:00 – After the day's NFL games, I'm switching to MLB, White Sox vs the Astros, • 20:15 – and after a few innings of baseball I'm switching off the TV, turning to my prayers, and getting ready for bed.
