Diet: • 07:00 – bowl of oatmeal w. raisins, 2 little cupcakes • 08:30 – ½ peanut butter sandwich • 11:30 – 1 fresh apple • 13:30 – cooked vegetables, steak and onions

Chess.: • 15:30 – moved in all pending CC games, started a new 14-day game at lichess
