Urbana attendance
RFC-108 is titled “Addendum to the NWG Meeting Notes”, and is authored by Richard Watson of SRI-ARC. It's dated March 23, 1971.
The technical content
This is a list of people in attendance at the Urbana meeting described in RFC-101.
It's pretty much the usual suspects, although IBM, which has been somewhat absent from these proceedings so far, is now in attendance. Also the US Air Force Rome Air Development Center (RADC), which has had a GE-645 running Multics since August of 1970.
