In the vain hope that Google etc. pick this up so that you don't end up on useless Youtube Videos:

The Ender 3 V2 board (v4.2.2) needs a CH341 serial interface driver neither the SD card (which broke within a day with me) nor the download on the creality website contains an installable version. A bit of googling and testing lead to this link on the manufacturers homepage that seems to install fine and is properly signed. After that, I was able to use Pronterface to property talk to my Ender 3 V2 to debug the filament sensor issues I had. Win.
