We love Rebecca's gFam posts so much, she is hilarious... but, we were really struck with her Coil post yesterday. It really resonated with us, and really spoke to the similar emotions we're going through too. It's such a weird time, and it's hard not to feel overwhelmed by anxiety by it all. It really is important to realise that every little bit helps and we're not so useful if we don't also look after ourselves...
