We've been wondering if our daily top stories posts were getting a bit much for everyone, so we've taken our foot off the pedal a little bit. We're happy to try maybe top stories for the week, or just do particularly exciting days. Let us know what you'd like to see. We're here for you!
Yesterday was pretty exciting with a lot of great posts on gFam so let's get into it...

Kristy is a bit of a superstar! She's in Australia where the weather is starting to warm up, and she's got an incredible set up in her backyard for hoops and silks...
Nat the Neon Ninja is hanging with her neon car while doing run exercises... super interesting to see how she's training to get her cardio up...
Cintia is on the 3rd day of her challenge to eat only unprocessed foods... check out her *video*.
John is prepping a script as well as getting ready to teach at school, there is so much going on, but he's still pumping out incredible Coil posts as well...
Therese is possibly the most adventurous person we know... so we feel extremely grateful to see this moment that set her on her nomadic path. She tells a great story and we're so excited to read it...
