Happy July

I made a (second) cup of #espresso and am feeling quite fine. I am thinking about reading quite a bit of “On War” by Carl von Clausewitz tomorrow (as i own it, am working through it now) because i have absolutely nothing planned for tomorrow and would like to put a dent in that book. Then again, I want to catch up on some (long-forgotten) #longreads that are scattered across the Internet and find them, and save them to Pocket, and read a few of them. If i sit and rack my brain i will be able to remember their titles, authors, etc. Reading on a tablet is so gd enjoyable :)

Anyway, it's July, so...yay? It's gonna be hot as fuck and that is not very fun, but Independence Day is this month, so that is cool. Also known as Dog Freak Out Day. I will probably be spending it here at my apartment. Luckily I no longer have a dog so I do not have to spend the evening cleaning up terror piss like I have in yeaars past. I am grateful for that.
