FOX is bringing me 4 college basketball games back to back today. I'm currently watching game #1, Georgetown vs Providence, now at halftime. There are 2 more men's games and 1 women's game ahead.
In other news I've started taking Ivermectin in an attempt to boost my health. We'll see how that works.

That 1 mile walk this morning was more physical exercise than I've done in, heck, weeks? I should really make an effort to do that more often! But tonight the corn on my right foot is really aggravating me. Oh well. Small price to pay for doing a good thing.

Watched live coverage of President Trump's Inauguration earlier today, and I'm planning to watch Notre Dame / Ohio St. game tonight. Game time is set for 18:30 local time, but pregame shows start at ~16:00 and I want to catch them, too. Between then and now I've got my chess work to manage and prayer work to get to. Yeah, I can handle that.

Mondays are usually my laundry days, but I'm doing that chore this afternoon. It's cold today, but the next few days are going to be colder, and I don't want to be dealing with wet clothes out in the unheated garage then. So I'm taking care of it now.

And a very quiet Saturday comes to a close. The coldest weather of the year is supposed to be with us as temperatures begin dropping tonight. Monday and Tuesday are supposed to be the very coldest with normal temperatures returning Thursday. Anticipating that, I wrapped exposed outdoor faucets at the back of the house with new insulation material this afternoon. We should be okay.

So today I turned 76 y/o. As far as birthdays go, this has been one of my best. Got lots of remembrances and happy wishes over the Internet, but as far as celebrations go it was just the wife and me. A good, quiet day. Perfect.

Another nice, quiet day. A neighbor came to my door midday to share some produce from her home garden. 5 sweet onions. She had more in her bag but I didn't want to seem greedy. :)
Have enjoyed listening to an exciting Big-10 men's basketball game tonight, Michigan Wolverines vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers.
And now, I'm thinking about bedtime.
