Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – Followed by the Friday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum. – And the Hour of Compline for tonight from the Divine Office.

Diet: • 07:15 – egg rolls, toast and butter • 10:15 – more egg rolls • 14:15 – salad, lasgna, chocolate fudge brownie • 17:00 – two tacos

Chores, etc.: • 05:30 – monitor bank accounts activity while listening to KTSA • 09:30 – research, buy accessories, and do first cooking with new air fryer • 11:30 – search for eye glasses prescription • 13:45 to 15:15 – lunch at a favorite with Sylvia • 15:30 to 16:30 – discuss future plans with Sylvia • 17:00 – local news and weather • 18:30 – Wheel of Fortune • 19:30 – tuned into Cubs vs Padres, Cactus League play

Diet: • 07:15 – sweet rice, ½ peanut butter sandwich • 15:00 – 2 chicken quarters and white bread • 20:00 – snack on cheese
