Diet: • 06:20 – 1 cupcake • 09:30 – 1 more cupcake • 10:30 – chicken breast w. cheese sauce, steamed vegetables • 13:00 – steamed vegetables with shrimp and shredded chicken • 17:30 – cheese and fresh apple slices • 18:45 – ice cream
