In Summary: * A bland, pretty ordinary day, the only unusual work was preparing for my eye doctor's appointment tomorrow.

In Summary: * This has been a good Sunday in terms of accomplishing short term, one-shot chores, and in terms of organizing the weekly chores into a pattern that will allow rest days between busier days throughout the upcoming week, and in terms of organizing new material that I'll be using for the next few months.

Speedway. * 17:00 – watching local news and weather * 18:00 – listen to news reports from various sources * 19:00 – listening to Gregorian Chant as I do my night prayers and a bit of writing.

In Summary: * While listening to the IU football game this afternoon, I heard the announcers say that the IU basketball team was going to be playing an early afternoon game tomorrow, and the football team was going to be playing a night game on Thursday of this upcoming week. Cool! Now I won't have to hunt for those games.

In Summary: * Mighty glad I got some cleaning done on our back porch today! Bagged trash and loaded up the brown trash bin for Monday collection by the city. There's just barely enough room left in that bin now for our normal weekend garbage.

In Summary: * Last night's Conference USA Football Game provided my entertainment before bedtime that led to a pretty good night's sleep. So I'm trying it again. Tonight I've got the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders playing the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens. At the end of the 1st Qtr., the Raiders lead Delaware 14-7. Doubt if I'll be able to stay awake to hear the end of the game. but until my brain turns to mush and forces me to bed, I will be listening to this game. Love this mid-week college football!

In Summary: * This was a day for moving chores around. The main Monday chore, as always, my weekly laundry, was accomplished in good time. A few other chores that I'd tentatively set for today will be taken care of later this week. I did cancel a few Internet-related services that I rarely use and don't really need, saving me ~$35.00 per month. And that's a good thing.

In Summary: * Today I decided to move away from Amazon Prime for delivery of products. That company's delivery has become too unreliable, sending me mixed messages regarding when I can expect delivery of items, whether or not I'm allowed to cancel inbound shipments, etc. In the future I'll be using Walmart+, a company I've found to be much more reliable than Amazon Prime.
