* One of my better Thanksgiving days winds down. The wife and I stayed home; she cooked us an excellent meal with all the holiday classic dishes. Daughter called from Indiana and we had a nice video chat. It was great to see all the family from back home. And tomorrow life returns to normal. Which is okay, too. * One of my favorite chores before a big mid-week holiday is switching off my alarms the night before the holiday. And I've just now done that. The wife has Thanksgiving Day off from work so there's no need for me to be up early, fixing her coffee, making sure she's out the door in a timely manner, etc.
