Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity. – Followed by the Saturday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
Diet: • 08:45 – 1 banana, fried chicken • 10:30 – toast and butter • 12:30 – garden salad, ham sandwich • 13:15 – snack on peanuts and raisins • 17:15 – fruit salad dessert
Chores, etc.: • 07:30 – health metrics recorded • 08:55 – The Russia That Might Have Been – Bill Whittle's Right Angle • 10:15 – text and phone comms with KofC officers • 11:00 – started watching games of the March Madness NCAA Men's Basketball Tourney • 12:15 – have switched over to MLB Spring Training Games, will probably be bouncing back and forth between basketball and baseball until Svengoolie comes on tonight. • 14:20 – back home after picking up my new eyeglasses. Love them, by the way. • 19:00 – after a pretty full day of basketball and baseball on TV it's finally time for Svengoolie
