Someone wrote a story about a guy who woke up as a girl whose breasts and butt (but mostly breasts) grew by absorbing semen, and her libido seemed to go up, too. Honestly, I think it would be best if “donations” were limited to realistic amounts. I imagine a big group would donate a little, and only a few people would donate a lot, or a little at a time to enjoy the show. Maybe let people participate by greentexting the growth target (height, genitals, specific muscle groups) and using their last digit as the donated amount. Dubs and trips round to the nearest $5 (77=$75, 999=$1000, etc) No specified target becomes general muscle growth.
