so refreshing

to see people still doing blog posts. it seems that blogging (in all areas) is a lost art. people seem to be really great at “branding” themselves & running personal/brand ads on social media so no one wants to refer to their writing or whatever as a “blog” so, they b.e.c.o.m.e.t.h.e.i.r.b.r.a.n.d. Sad, really. I don't see why people can't just have a personal blog/online diary/“Web Log”??? Like i said, it's a lost art & i wish it wasn't.

i just came across a blog post on my Twitter TL & it's like: “Yea! That's the ticket! #oldschool!” Haha.

I started blogging when i was abt 17 years old (34 now) and it started with me not knowing wtf i was doing and typing text into a damn HTML editor & uploading through some convoluted FTP process on AOL Members service. This was 2002. It was called O'Leary's Corner (the blog) & i have since lost track of it (i am sure AOL has long-since deleted it) but in 2014 i took out a Craigslist ad to try to get some help finding this long-lost blog. I have some leads, but most of the responders to the CL ad simply typed in the name & came back with “Here! olearyscorner.com! First Google result!” like some proud little kid as if i hadn't thought of that, & it was p dense to think that was the blog in question. MY blog is aol.members.ftp....dot...something or other & i will never know what the proper address is. So....lost forever.

Anyway, be back in a bit!

all appts: MADE!

i had a psychiatry appt today, went v well

have a G.I. check-up tomorrow. Got all the paperwork set up for that.

possible therapy (hopefully) tomorrow

paying back the 'rents a little bit o'money tomorrow morning as well

got all-possible bills paid

ordered a good amt of e-cig supplies (two vape pens, two large bottles of juice, one small bottle of high-end/Premium juice)

called & refilled nicotine lozenges (for when i don't have the vapor)

gonna get the Littered Thoughts domain for the e-book right...NOW!

be back in a bit!

here i am!

i have decided to go back to vaping starting v soon here. tomorrow AM i am going to order quite a bit of vaping supplies & juices, etc & go neck-deep into that “culture” again. I am so sick of traditional cigarettes & the nicotine lozenges barely work. i will be happy w/ this decision.

as for right now, i am drinking coffee (or will be in about three minutes) for the second time of the night (morning) & smoking the tongue-burning Edgefields that i have grown to hate very much.

a lot of big things happening w/ the e-book tomorrow as well. But i will update everyone when i actually have made PROGRESS besides just talking about it (i have done enough of that already). Long story short: it is ready to be released to the world and i will be doing press releases and all that shit as planned. #goodtimes

also buying a couple URL's

be back in a bit!

Here we go

Back to my old (true) identity on the WWW. I figured...well idk wth i figured. But i have a book to promote & i need to keep my Twitter acct & blog off of lock-down & actually promote Littered Thoughts a little bit even though the site is not ready yet, nor is the promotional materials distributed yet. It will be though! (in the next week)

the #STLWX is my fucking jam today and tomorrow it will be just as nice for when i head over to the 'rents to do some laundry & kick it for a bit.

be back soon

Good food, Good times

Had a great time having BBQ'd veggies & fruits at the 'rents house today & also cool to see the fam. Cooperdog was entertaining af as usual.

i have nothing else to do the rest of the day. Monday i go to the 'rents for a little bit and hang out when the mom goes to see The Peeps (her best friends).

gonna be a slow day :)

had a napskee

went & got a soda & came home & listened to most of Leftover Crack's Constructs of the State & then a little bit of Xasthur's Telepathic With The Deceased. Dark music. Good times.

i got nothing else going on this beautiful eve. The sun is setting, the air is fresh & warm. Nice.

Anyway, be back in a bit!

damn it's a nice day

#muchogusto as far as foodskee & sodie is concerned

on the RPi now

tethering won't be such a pain in the ass anymore (won't have to pop the SIM outta the iPhone)

seems like every motherfuckin' landscape dude in S County is here mowing / raking / trimming / etc etc etc. Place looks nice.

the sky is overcast, but a lite overcast. still sunny.

nada damn thing to do until tomorrow when i buy hella food for the week.

good times.

#homesweethome

i decided to go to “The Phone Surgeon” across the street to sell the iPhone 6. The screen was on the border of popping off bc it was refurbished very poorly. Originally i went over there to get a quote to see how much it would cost me to get it fixed, and they said $150, so, i asked how much they would give me for it (as i am totally broke, anyway). They said $75 and that was a good deal, so, i sold it. i am p sure which phone i am going to get next but there is no rush for it bc i have the Kyocera (POS) in the meantime and i can always tether to the good ol' RPi. The Pi will be the thing i use the most in the near future. But the Kyocera is what i am on at this moment.

I got three packa smokes & chips and i am VERY glad i am not broke anymore. I'm a poor fuck, lemme tell ya.

Anyway, life is good. Be back in a bit!

I should recycle this damn Moto X

The battery is 100% fucked on it

But not right now...

Life. Saver.

I was sitting here, nothing to do, thought i would walk to SLCL & donate the books that i was thinking about donating for a while, and then i remembered that people like a good book to read in the laundromat while they sit and wait for their laundry, so, i brought Ray Bradbury’s “Fahrenheit 451” to the laundromat before i made my way to SLCL. On the way there, i run into my neighbor Steve (who i have been meaning to break the ice with & talk to for some time), I ask him if he had a cigarette (since i am out until tomorrow) & he gives me a quarter pack of Edgefield Non-filters! Talk about a lifesaver! Try guy is friendly as fuck, and the next time i see him, i am going to get him a pack of Marlboro Reds (bc i like to, always do pay people back MORE than what I owe). That is going to be a good ice-breaker, too, bc i have wanted to BS with him a little bit. So tomorrow i will pay him back or soon after.

I have been avoiding talking “in-depth” with my neighbors bc i may be moving in about 6 months, but he seems like a hella cool guy and i will def shoot the shit with him when i see him next. Good guy.

On another note; it is a beautiful day in S St Louis County! No clouds, sunny, warm, perfect. Having a nice day, for sure. :)

Be back in a bit!
